Instructions
Drain salmon.
Wash and chop the fresh herbs.
Reserve 1 tablespoon fresh herbs for garnish.
Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix with electric mixer or fork.
Toast bread and put a dollop of salmon cream cheese mixture on toast.
Sprinkle with fresh herbs.
Notes
1. Any kind of bread is fine. I like sourdough toast and dark rye toast, which gives these toasts a Baltic/Scandinavian flavor.2. Store in an airtight container for up to three days in the fridge.
